At Mr-Refurb, customer satisfaction is paramount. Are you not satisfied with your order? Then we will do everything we can to resolve it correctly and fairly. Below you will find our policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers (natural persons who are not acting in the exercise of a profession or business).

For business purchases (B2B), including purchases by foundations, associations, and companies, there is no right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.
• The withdrawal period starts on the day after you (or a third party on your behalf) received the product.
• Report your return or withdrawal request via our online form:

• After registration, you have another 14 days to return the item.

2. Conditions for Return

• Products must be in good condition, preferably unused and in original packaging.
• Including all accessories, manuals, and attachments.
• Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or delivered incorrectly.
• Always use a traceable shipping method – we are not responsible for lost returns.
• Returns can also be dropped off by appointment in Utrecht.
• We charge no additional costs for administration or processing.

3. Non-returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Opened hygiene products or sealed items
• Digital downloads or software
• Gift cards and promotional items

4. Refunds

• We check the returned product upon receipt.
• Upon approval, you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days via your original payment method.
• We also reimburse standard shipping costs (outbound), but not the return costs.
• In case of damage or signs of use, a reasonable deduction may occur.

5. Exchanges

You can exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly. Please contact us within 7 days via info@mr-refurb.nl.

Return Methods

• In-store: drop off by appointment in Utrecht
• By post: shipping via traceable method
• Drop-off: delivery at a shipping point (e.g., PostNL, DHL)

6. Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Items

• Report this within 48 hours via email, with clear photos of the product and packaging.
• In that case, we cover the return costs and provide a new item or a full refund.

7. Return Address

The return address will be provided after approval of the return request. Do not send anything back without our confirmation.
